Refund and Returns Policy

RETURNS

Anemonia provides a store credit return policy of 7 days for orders within Italy and 14 days for international orders. This means that we must have your order returned back to us, and in our possession, within the time frame listed previously. If the order is received after this period, it will not qualify for a store credit return. Before sending the order back, please contact us at orders@anemoniashop.com
to inform us about your intention to initiate a return and provide the reason.

How you should return your item

Our return address is on the label on the front of your package if you want to return an order for store credit. In order for us to recognize your order once we receive it, please make sure to print and include the original invoice in the return package. When we receive your order back, the item will be examined for wear indicators that would invalidate your return. Every item you return to us must be unwashed, unworn, and with our tags remaining on it. Please be aware that returns won’t be accepted if the tags are dirty, missing, or altered. Items with tags that the buyer has “reattached” will also reflect poorly on your return.

Return label & tracking

Please select a dependable, insured, and trackable service because you are solely responsible for the cost of your return and its secure transit back to us. Only if the package arrives to us securely will we be able to handle your return for store credit. Any returns that may be lost in transit are not our responsibility. All shipping and customs costs are non-refundable. The non refundable costs include: (1) the initial shipping cost, (2) the return shipping cost, (3) the custom duties we paid for the item to come back in case you are a non-EU citizen. Therefore, when your return is completed, these costs will be subtracted from the total refund amount.
