Return Policy
All our sales are final. We always do our best to include accurate measurements, composition details, and any defects of the items we sell. We only accept returns in cases where we have made a mistake, or if the customer is based in EU.
EU Customers We offer a 14-day return window for all orders shipped within the European Union. This period starts from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, we must have your item back in our possession within this timeframe. Returns received after this period will not qualify for a store credit.
Before sending your order back, please contact us at hello@anemoniashop.com to inform us of your intention to return and provide the reason.
Non-EU Customers We do not accept returns for orders shipped outside the European Union. Please review all measurements, composition details, and item descriptions carefully before placing your order.
How you should return your item
Our return address is on the label on the front of your package if you want to return an order. In order for us to recognize your order once we receive it, please make sure to print and include the original invoice in the return package. When we receive your order back, the item will be examined for wear indicators that would invalidate your return. Every item you return to us must be unwashed and unworn. Please be aware that returns won’t be accepted if the items are dirty or altered.
