anemonia ships worldwide from Berlin, Germany.
We only ship with DHL express. When you buy an item, you’ll receive the confirmation via email. It could take up to 3 working days to generate the shipping code, and that will be sent via email as well.
For our US customers only: starting August 29, 2025, a new US regulation will end the “de minimis” rule. This means that every purchase made from a store outside the US will have customs fees applied. These fees must be paid directly at the door upon delivery. The amount to be paid depends on the value of the items you purchase and it can be up to 30% of the item’s value. To know more about this regulation, please click here.
Failure to pay these fees will not entitle you to a refund, as US Customs may decide to destroy the package or return it to the sender at additional cost.
Shipping costs will be computed at checkout by simply selecting your country from the list.
- For orders in Europe (UK and CH excluded), the price ranges from 10€ to 15€ euros and the package will take approximately 1/2 working days from the shipping date to arrive.
- For orders in UK and CH the price will be 20€. The package will take approximately 2/3 working days from the shipping date to arrive.
- For orders in US the price will be 30€. The package will take approximately 2/3 working days from the shipping date to arrive.
- For orders in CA the price will be 35€. The package will take approximately 2/3 working days from the shipping date to arrive.
- For orders in South Korea, Japan, Thailand, Singapore shipping price is 35€ and the package can take 2/5 working days from the shipping date to arrive.
- For orders in Australia, shipping price is 35€ and the package can take 4/5 working days from the shipping date to arrive.
- For orders in countries / continents not listed above shipping price will be 40€ and the package can take 4/5 working days from the shipping date to arrive.
Attention: if your country is outside EU please note that your parcel may be subject to customs duties. It is your sole responsibility to check your email and the tracking code regularly to understand whether you have to pay them or not.
