anemonia ships worldwide from berlin, germany, exclusively with DHL express. after your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation via email. the shipping code will be generated within 3 working days and sent to you by email.

shipping costs do not include local import taxes, which may apply outside the european union. these are the sole responsibility of the recipient. by completing a purchase, the customer assumes full responsibility for any customs fees, handling charges, or return costs in the event they decline to accept the parcel.

shipping costs are calculated at checkout by selecting your country:

- europe (excl. UK & CH): 10–15€, 1–2 working days
- UK & switzerland: 20€, 2–3 working days
- USA: 30€, 2–3 working days
- canada: 35€, 2–3 working days
- south korea, japan, thailand, singapore: 35€, 2–5 working days
- australia: 35€, 4–5 working days
- rest of the world: 40€, 4–5 working days
